Due to physical and intellectual disabilities, my students are having difficulties in the area of reading and math. As their teacher, I am taking every effort to engage students with learning. From the past, my students have been benefiting a lot from hands-on activities. Materials like hot dots, puzzles, and file folder game keep students engaged. Not only that, these materials provide students with concrete content and visual cues that make their learning easy and fun. However, there are not enough funds to purchase these hands-on items at this time. With your donations, I will be able to build literacy and math center for students in my classroom. They will have easy access to hands-on materials, practice essential reading & math skills in a daily basis, enhance fine motor skills, and make a difference in their lives for the future. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity towards students with special needs.
