Throughout my life, I have always been told to "sit still". I spent a majority of my younger years trying so had to focus on sitting still, that I would just give up, stop paying attention to the lesson, and engage in a conversation with my friends. I refuse to tell my students to sit still! With the integration of flexible seating, my students will be able to learn in a way that benefits each one specifically! After all, isn't that what learning is all about? I am very excited to begin this journey in my very new classroom and to provide my students with the best education possible!
