My students will be able to come into a classroom where they know it's their own and can use the headphones to plug into their devices and work on a project, hear an audio book and sit on a comfortable chair and work. Students may not have the quiet time at home to do these things or a place to sit comfortably. At least there will be a place at school where they can come in and focus and be away from distractions. If the students can feel safe and shown that they can be trusted with things they will take care of what we have and appreciate it even more because someone out there cared enough to donate!
