The accessories selected for this project are essential to the progress of learning to play a string instrument. Students will need shoulder rests, rosin, strings, music folders and more during the school year. In my orchestra class students learn to work together, to put quality into their work, develop listening and reading skills, and to engage and be creative in the classroom. We will use the shoulder rests to make sure students are holding their instrument correctly and comfortably. Music folders will keep their material in order. Also, if a string break we will need an immediate replacement, that's why it is very important to have a good supply of them.
