My goal as my 5th grade students enter my classroom is that they feel comfortable and excited to be there. From the first day, my students learn how to talk and share with their classmates in a friendly environment. My classroom is decorated with the purpose of feeling 'homey' feel for my students who come to me with different life experiences. I want them to walk into my classroom and have their troubles fade away.
