I teach third grade in a public school in Philadelphia. I developed the passion in college to teach in a title I school. All of my students come from poverty. However, I try my best not to allow this to affect the quality of education and level of fun we have in my classroom. My students are just as deserving of quality materials as any other student. I try my best to supply items out of pocket for my students that they can not afford or are not funded by the school.
