By using flexible seating in the classroom, students can move around easily while getting their tasks done. I would like to give my students plenty of options for seating in our classroom in order to give them more opportunities of productive learning time. Currently my students have the option to work in a variety of locations in our room such as: at different tables, sitting under tables, or sitting or laying on the floor. My students strive for their very best every day and I have seen them succeed even more when they have a flexible seating option available to them. Giving them this choice also allows for more student choice and engagement in their learning activities. The wobble seat gives students the power to learn and use movement while still engaging in their education. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of what to use for seating around the classroom. The seating products that I have selected for my students will help them to make more effective learning choices. The wobble stools allow students to move while still being able to focus on their work. These seats will be extremely beneficial for some students that just need to get the wiggles out and serve as an alternate chair if that is what students choose. The power that choice in seating gives to the students helps them make better choices about their work ethic and greatly affects their success! It would mean the world to them to have more options for seating.
