I was just hired on as a new SPED teacher for grades K-3. Most of the things in the cart I am ordering is for new ideas in education. These things include different lighting, different seating, and different materials to help students use all of their senses. These include different lighting for a calming learning environment or different seating for students who like to move and work. Some of these materials could be used at home, including the fidgets or the marker boards for home practice. These materials will enhance the learning environment that welcomes all learners and their own unique learning styles.
