My school district has an extremely high rate of poverty, which means that my students are already behind when they enter my classroom. I am determined to change their futures and give them the ability to think, analyze and be productive. Academics are not only about learning, but more importantly about applying the learning. I want my students to be independent, productive citizens. Because our school district is a rural system, my budget is very small. All the books and resources I requested will help me plan and implement activities for 3 grade levels in my room! Thank you, friends!
