Technology is becoming integrated into every facet of our lives and education is no exception. While it's true that too much screen time isn't the best for our little ones, it's also true that when used appropriately it can bolster learning in new and exciting ways. Many of the cutting edge, state of the art resources for speech therapy are being offered by way of technology. Speech therapists are integral for developing receptive language, expressive language, social language, articulation, and a plethora of other areas that impact how children learn in every subject. Students who are receiving these services through the school system deserve access to these resources. Exposure to this technology provides room for growth that my students may otherwise be denied due to factors that are out of their control. Please help me give my students the best education there is to offer!
