These flexible seating options will provide effective ways to help focus my students for my math and science lessons. The kids want to focus, but it becomes difficult for them to sit through lessons for hours at at time. These new seating options will give them outlets to move in their seats, to release some energy, and be comfortable all while focusing on the lesson as well. The stability disc require the students to balance themselves while sitting in their seat or on the floor. This allows them to move around without distracting others. The stability ball works in a similar way. The low table will allow the students who work better sitting on the floor to have a work space. The standing tables will benefit the students who learn best standing. I have several students who love to stand so they can move around to release energy. These tables will allow those kids to have a work space that suits them. Each of these items will help to focus the different learners in my classroom.
