My students are five, six, seven, and eight year old children who have the opportunity to experience a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) opportunity for the first time. Our learning targets all come from the NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) standards and allow students the opportunity to engage and work through the Engineering Design Process using different types of technology. It is a very engaging and exciting environment where learning happens by solving problems.

About my class
