Flexible seating and fidgets allow students to take charge of their learning. Students learn about themselves and what makes it easier for them to focus in class. Students are noticeably more engaged when they get to change from a typical "sitting at desks in rows" type classroom or if they can squish a ball while they work. They almost always make good choices on what type of seat or fidget works best for them, and who they work well with. The items in my cart will allow me to provide my children with more seating options. Some kids need to keep moving in order to focus (wobble stools, yoga balls, fidgets), some kids are more comfortable on the floor (pillow, floor tables).
