My geometry classes will be making Interactive math notebooks. This will help English language learners focus on learning the plethora of new geometry terms. In addition, students with learning disabilities will benefit from the organization and hands-on learning activities. More than half of my students are currently receiving free or reduced-price lunch. They often do not have the supplies needed for instruction. Having composition books, glue sticks, colored card stock and colored pens with allow students to create fun Interactive math notebooks that help that learn math terms, organize and focus on concepts with graphic organizers. In addition, the large Post-it charts will be used to make anchor charts for students to view during instruction.
