This printer and ink are needed in order to make sure my students are able to effectively communicate with the teachers, parents, and other students. We must use visuals to teach them how to communicate. With the printer and ink we are asking for, we will be able to make a print rich environment and create visuals for the students to be able to use to communicate. In a self-contained prek classroom, our students often come in with no verbal communication skills. When given visuals and modeling using these for communication a student who was unable to speak can now participate in the classroom, give messages, request items, and reject items.

About my class
