No parent wants their kindergartener to go into a classroom that does not allow the use of imagination and creativity. I am asking for support in providing the basic materials such as construction paper, glue sticks, and paint to give my students with the opportunity to participate in projects. Kindergarteners learn by doing. One of my favorite parts of teaching is finding hands on lesson plans that engage my students. With the Tempura paints, kids can explore their colors, shapes, and imaginations. The water colors can support their learning of sight words, letters, and numbers. Giving them projects with construction paper will help develop fine motor skills in cutting. The organizational cart will help me stay organized so I can focus my time on creating these fun lesson plans for my students.
