Music education and the opportunity for musical training is so important to the development and education of children everywhere! With your support, a Ukulele program will be implemented in a semi-rural K-8 school in New Hampshire. The ukulele is an easily accessible and relatively inexpensive instrument that children of all ages can play. From the very first opportunity to play the ukulele, students will feel a sense of accomplishment and excitement! Learning the ukulele will help students learn the fundamentals of music including rhythm, tempo, melody, and harmony. Students have fun playing the ukulele and develop important skills including hand-eye coordination, perseverance, and team-work.
