These were items I had in my classroom before the tornado that destroyed our school. I had a personal printer that I used to print and laminate station resources for my students. We have limited printers in our new building, so it is very difficult to get what I need sometimes. Not having these items has affected my quality of instruction and made the transition after the disaster that much more difficult. I also don't have an area to set up my document camera which I use frequently in my instruction. Having these items will help me function as I was before the tornado hit our school. I often use my document camera to model my writing instruction for my students, but I currently don't have a space in my classroom to set it up. My personal printer was also destroyed in the tornado. I use my person printer to make literacy station materials, update my data walls, and print small group materials.
