My school is considered a high poverty district and because of this we are limited on funding. This is especially hard for me during these times of crisis with my virtual students. I would love a nice webcam and tripod holder to be able to record videos for my virtual students because I believe they deserve the same content as my onsite students. With these new devices, we are able to grow as a whole classroom rather it be virtually or onsite. Half of my classroom is English Language Learners and because of this it is extremely hard to communicate with the parents. A translation device would be helpful and will allow for a smoother process. This will also be used in the classroom when we cover vocabulary. I think having a translator will help the student(s) connect that new word from their language to the English language.
