Teaching is my passion and coming to work everyday to see my 32 Kindergarten students bloom into learners puts a smile on my face. However, I am faced with many challenges that one would working in a large urban district such as a lack of engaging materials, parental support, and experience. Most of my students qualify for free/reduced lunches and speak a different language at home. My students are very eager to learn and I have been successful in creating a safe and warm environment.

About my class
