Our 4th and 5th graders are currently learning within an Emotionally Impaired Special Education classroom setting. Our program fosters a safe and supportive environment to meet the academic, social, and behavioral needs of our students. The program is housed within a general education building of over 900 K-5th graders. The district and Special Education Department supports our needs to best of their abilities, but there are limitations since we are one of many in a large urban inner city school district. These enrichment items will help support our students and encourage them to enhance their skills so that they may continue receiving a safe, supportive, and rigorous school experience.

About my class
