This project will add current and classic children's books to our school library that teach and encourage the students to reach for new heights. Many of the books, such as, What Do You Do With an Idea? and Rosie Revere, Engineer, teach students about being creative and using problem-solving skills to overcome difficulties. These books will be added to our school library for students and teachers to check out. This will allow our whole campus to benefit from these great stories about overcoming problems and achieving new goals. There are so many great books that are being released each year, it is hard as a librarian/media specialist to keep up with them all on a set budget! Helping fund this project will help keep our library collection current and relevant to the student's wants and needs.
