I am requesting cooking supplies for my cooking club that will allow my students to learn healthy cooking and eating! The Air Fryer Toaster Oven I have requested will allow my students to learn how to prepare and eat foods without using butter and oil, and teach them that healthy cooking and eating can be delicious! Having a blender will enable me to teach my students how to make healthy smoothies, sauces and dressings. My students will learn to use the pressure cooker to make healthy soups and stews. The measuring cups, mixing bowls and frying pan will help me teach my students how to measure out and prepare ingredients, as well as how to properly and safely cook them using a frying pan. The donations for this project will allow my students who normally eat fast food and junk food for most of their meals to learn how to both cook and eat healthy for themselves and their families! I truly worry that their poor eating habits will lead to health issues like heart disease, diabetes and obesity, and I need your help to inspire my students to make healthy food choices. Thanks!
