This classroom is based heavily on data-based decision-making and evidence-based interventions. We work with each student utilizing their interests as a platform for embedding our agenda. Additionally, collaboration with families and staff is essential to student growth. My students are all extremely different. Some are learning how to communicate in a functional manner, while other students are focusing on improving joint attention, executive functioning, and social skills. Each and every child is a learner! They amaze us every day with the growth that they make regardless of whether it is a small gain or a very impressive breakthrough.
