A class of 23 ESE, ESOL and learning disabilities students, who are 5 and 6 years old. The school's mission is to challenge all students to engage in Reading, Writing, authentic problem-solving and be successful. It serves about 880 students from prekindergarten to eighth grade. 95% are on free and reduced lunch. The students are performing below grade level, but I want to make a difference. The population is made of ELL, economically disadvantaged, blacks and students with disabilities. The school is in need of improvement as we strive to provide quality programs for all learners. We work closely with all stakeholders. We celebrate diversity and welcome all business partners to become involved in the school's vision. Our pursuit is to ensure the students get the highest quality of educational experience designed to support the whole child.
