Our high school is at the forefront of the education reform movement currently sweeping the city, state and nation. Now in its third year of existence as a charter school, our school is committed to providing rigorous academic programs as well as creative and practical student life activities that will prepare our students for success in the global economy. Our school is the only open enrollment public high school in the world that offers French and Spanish language immersion programs, Arabic and Mandarin courses, Bard College dual enrollment program, an international business track and the prestigious International Baccalaureate Programme. Please note that our school is the FIRST high school to be bestowed with the honor of offering such a prestigious program to its students. We depend on public funding and the support of our community because 85% of our students receive free or reduced lunch.
