Our school is a very special, diverse environment. 62% of our students come from low-income families that are incredibly supportive and involved in their children's learning. My first grade students are incredibly eager to learn and challenge themselves. Our school fosters a culture of high academic achievement as we seek to provide our students with a strong foundation that will eventually prepare them for college and careers. We do this by providing instruction that is rigorous and enriching. Because of our school's focus on rigor, my students have developed strong growth mindsets. They expect and like challenging work, and I am so proud of their willingness and determination to grow!
