Students in AP® Environmental Science need to understand how toxins can still be prevalent in very small amounts. The materials that we are asking for are essential for the understanding of how toxins affect living things in different dilutions. By creating these serial dilution my students will see how pollution can come in different concentrations depending on the region. The students will understand the effects of pollution and toxins in the environment on certain organisms. By doing this lab with a live specimen, it will open their eyes to the use of certain products and what they should do in order to change that.
