While we are learning from home, I am taking the opportunity to introduce age-appropriate fitness strategies with my students. I want to introduce fitness equipment not normally available at the school site. I am focusing on introducing actual fitness equipment to my students through my YouTube videos, while also figuring out how we can replicate this equipment with objects around the house. With our students staring at a computer screen all day, it is my goal to educate my students enough to facilitate their own personal fitness. With this project, this equipment will allow the students to learn how to work on their agility, as well as their range of motion with the resistance band training. Also, there are many uses for backpacks in the weight training realm that I plan to teach the students. Check out my YouTube channel to see the equipment in use!
