Our students come from all walks of life. One fourth of the student body is identified as requiring free and reduced lunch. The number of children in poverty is likely higher but informal inquiry reveals that many families do not apply for these services due to perceived negative stigma. We qualify as a Title One school. While our school would be considered predominantly white, 88 families identified themselves as non-white. We currently have 86 students speaking English as a second language, with over 35 different languages in all.
