I work at a title 1 school, where students are in need of extra support from their school. The students at my school come from all walks of life and have many different needs. We have a large population of English Language Learners (ELL), SETTS, and CTT classes; the many groups of students that I service as a science teacher are diverse and special in their own learning needs. My students are of all ages ranging from Kindergarten to Fifth grade. They are learning at all different speeds and paces. I differentiate instruction to fit their needs, many of my students need extra support in technology to help solidify certain concepts and manage learning more independently. As a teacher, I am always looking for tools to help them gain the skills they need to prepare them for a college bound education. My current lap top is very old and slow and does not allow me access to the Internet. The better technology I can provide for my classes, the greater learning experience I can provide.
