These materials will be used to create interactive science notebooks for my biology and earth/environmental science classes. Your donations will allow students to personalize their learning. Drawing, writing, sketching, and engaging with complex concepts, such as cell division, can be accomplished through interactive notebooks. Students are able to unpack their ideas and understanding of cell division when they engage with the material in ways they feel most comfortable. For example, one student may sketch their notes in the form of diagrams or concept maps. Another student may choose to take Cornell notes, and add annotations to their notes via drawings.
