The materials will make a difference in the classroom because they will have items to help complete daily math tasks. As we meet in whole group these materials will allow for students to individually have items for them to work with. Students use dry erase markers in whole group, small group, as well as in centers and by having the necessary items available they will continue to be able to work on building their math skills. As math is a part of our daily lives, we use these basic objects to help build future engineers, doctors, lawyers, and productive citizens. While working independently students are able to use games to help build upon prior skills that have been taught in class.
