I teach students in grades kindergarten to eighth grade at an urban elementary school. In this class which focuses on Digital Media I teach students how to take information off the internet and put it on the internet. We combine a focus on research with a focus on creating. Our goal is for students to be able to create media not just consume it. However, when they are consumers of media, we want them to know how to evaluate it. My students are amazing, creative, and hard-working.
