The students all have specific speech and language needs ranging on a diverse spectrum of ability levels. My exceptional students range from genius level intellect to students performing far below grade level. This range demands that I prepare individualized lessons all needing different manipulatives, worksheets, and educational games. Speech Pathologists are given an extremely small budget for materials and our site is currently building its supply, as previous speech teachers were all contract employees who have taken their materials with them.
