I teach science to a terrific bunch of kids at a small, rural high school. Most of our students come from low socio-economic backgrounds. Very few of our parents went to college and many did not graduate from high school. It is important that we be able to show our students all the possibilities for their futures. We want to especially encourage them to go on to college. We try to prepare each and everyone for that eventuality.

About my class
