My kindergarten students come to school with a range of skills. Some students have spent many hours with books in their hands and have many pre-reading and writing skills. Some students have not spent much time with books and are in need of the basic skills needed for reading and writing. There are students in my class with limited English as well as students with special needs. They attend an International Baccalaureate school that works hard to create well rounded students with a hunger for learning.
