My school's goal is to Keep it REAL - Reaching and Engaging ALL Learners! With the pressure of stressing the importance and relevance of mathematics learning, the students choose my school for the small classes and the rigor we provide. Our students come from a low income area where both the school district and the families are not able to provide students with these materials. Since we are an arts and technology school, we strive to make the math curriculum culturally relevant to these students. My students would also benefit greatly from the Chevron Classroom Challenge.
