Creating this 'Application Station' as a dedicated space will increase college bound opportunities for our students. The Application Station will consist of two workstations each having a computer with a shared printer for student use when registering for all testing including ACT, SAT, and CLEP exams. The 'Application Station' will also be available for students to explore and apply to institutions of higher education through the Common App or other college application sites, as well as applying for scholarships and financial aid. Our goal is to reduce the obstacles students encounter when trying to register for the ACT, SAT, and CLEP exams, applying for the FAFSA, and completing college applications. Currently, there is no dedicated space and there are no computers dedicated to all the facets of the college application process making it difficult for students to engage in this process. Having a dedicated 'Application Station' will eliminate one of the barriers students experience when registering for ACT, SAT, and CLEP tests and completing their college applications.
