Our robotics team attends a medium-sized magnet high school in Southern CA. The students are dedicated, hard-working, and intelligent. They spend the first five months of the school year preparing to build the robot for the FIRST Long Beach Competition. They willingly use the majority of their time programming, building, and raising funds for our team. They often arrive in the wee hours of the morning, leaving well past "the midnight hour," while still attending classes and getting homework done. The robotics team is student–run with help from teachers and community mentors.

About my class
