Having their own Seat Sack my students will be able to be in charge of their supplies. During independent center time they know where to find journals. books and pencils. Right in their Seat Sack! Currently, my students have folders at different centers and things go missing, mixed up and not enough in folders. This way it is all in one place. Their personal items will be in their Seat Sacks and easy to get to. This gives them a sense of ownership and responsibility. Students at this age like to have their own things. Because they can be washed and durable I will be able to use them year after year.
