These materials will increase student skill, strength, and conditioning in order to be successful as a basketball player. Our school is in the developing student athlete process therefore we are in need of proper equipment in order to ensue their success in this area. Currently each girl lacks the strength and agility to perform with endurance during a game. Despite conditioning we lack the proper training equipment to prepare them. All training equipment will be used to train each girl during and in off season workouts. The school has not allocated funds to allow for such equipment but expect the same outcome in a successful season. At the moment we use limited equipment allocated for the school's physical education program. In addition to training, our athletic department only gives each sport a total of $200 each year to use for the season. The items we requested for wear will solve our problem for uniform and performance wear as we compete and go to camps to increase our skill level. Each Lady Falcon has the heart but not the skill level to compete with other schools of their age group. Therefore the materials will enhance their skill sets thus increasing them overall on the court. It is with these materials that each lady will grow in their abilities as a basketball player and student scholar athlete.
