My classroom is a pre-k classroom consisting of boys and girls that are 4-years-old. My students come from low income homes that are placed in a neighborhood of crime, burned out structures, drugs and rubbish. My students some how rise above all of their deterrents and come to school daily. With the help of their parents and grandparents, the children are becoming respectful little people full of energy and cheer. The children just want to have fun with their friends at this age and by providing a classroom full of adventure it encourages them to attend daily.
