All of my students are English Language Learners. They all speak Spanish. My school is located in California in a disadvantaged area. All students receive a free breakfast and lunch. We are a title 1 school but funding has gone down. Many years ago when I needed supplies, I never had any problems. Now, because of the economy, our school is limited on supplies. For example, my school provides 1 pencil per student every two weeks. This is not possible in order for my students to learn, they need writing tools. I spend on average 1000 dollars per year on my students.
