I teach in a third grade classroom with the best students there are. We are from various backgrounds and use many different learning styles. Even with such a variety of academic levels, I hold each of my students accountable to do their individual best. It is my job to encourage their love of learning. Our school is a small community school located in a wonderful neighborhood. However, it is a low income school, with roughly 450 student, including many English Language Learners.
