My students absolutely love being read to. They are very interested in Rush Revere and his antics through American History. My students have learned so much about the pilgrims and the New World just by the reading of "Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims." My students beg me to read the funny, exciting, thrilling book. It actually makes them want to learn what happened in early American history. It is also building their knowledge of more advanced vocabulary. Since my students are working very hard at becoming more fluent readers these texts will surely help their enthusiasm for reading.

About my class
