My athletes are very passionate about volleyball and they come to practice eager and ready to transform into better players. Unfortunately, our school is unable to supply all of the necessary equipment needed for a successful season. Bring part of a team in middle school not only helps the students become better athletes, but better citizens in their community. While a lot of time is spent learning rules and strengthening skills, the real goals of playing a team sport is team-building, learning responsibility, and becoming productive members of society. I am able to successfully achieve all of this if my job is made easier by having all of the equipment we need. By receiving help from my friends and family, I can give them the proper tools that they need to be successful and also show them how kind and giving their community can be.
