This project will put books into the hands of my 6th grade students. The novel reading, hands-on projects, vocabulary instruction, and skills instruction embedded within this unit will allow my students to grasp the skills needed in sixth grade in a fun and interactive way. Students will experience all of the worlds in A Wrinkle in Time while learning characterization, genre, symbolism, plot, vocabulary, etc. The students will learn the value of hard work at an independent level, in partnerships, and in small groups. Please consider donating to my project to enable my students to experience this novel to its fullest extent possible.
