The Dixon Bulldogs are located in Southeast North Carolina. I have the privileged to teach all levels of the sophomore English II course. Each year, I have about 150 students who I need to inspire. These students range in their abilities and interests, but they come together to analyze and build their thinking in the classroom. My students are limited to reading during my class because I only have one class set of the novels at a time. Recently, my students were affected by Hurricane Florence, and I want to make sure that my classroom is ready for them when we return to school.
