Hello! I am a school psychologist working at Lompoc Unified School Districts. I am currently assigned to 3 elementary school sites; all are listed as Title 1 schools, and all are high need. Students are only added to my counseling caseload when they are the highest need and all other interventions have been exhausted. They are all students who struggle with a variety of significant mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, social skills deficits, and/or have significant behavioral problems at school. I have recently been taking Play Therapy coursework in order to build my counseling skills, and I have self-purchased the majority of the coursework and training. Even after spending several hundred dollars of my own money, I still have funding needs in order to provide the appropriate services for my students. Thank you for your support!
